Co-Founders
CEO
Ric Arcadi, based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, has been a dynamic force in business since 1993. As a co-founder of ImageOne Medical alongside Jeremy Hesser, Ric has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and success. Outside of his professional life, Ric is a family man, happily married to Anna Arcadi with two kids, Jackson and Rylyn, and a new yellow lab named Bo. He enjoys cooking and spending quality time with his family. Ric is also an avid skier and drummer, often indulging in his love for music. His favorite movies are comedies like “Step Brothers,” “Caddyshack,” and “Animal House,” as well as gripping mafia stories such as “The Sopranos,” “Goodfellas,” and “The Godfather.”
CTO
Jeremy Hesser, a seasoned professional in the medical imaging industry, has been a driving force behind ImageOne Medical since its inception, partnering closely with Ric Arcadi. His journey began in the United States Air Force from 1990 to 1995, with postings in Biloxi, Mississippi, Conrad, Montana, and Mountain Home, Idaho. After his military service, Jeremy transitioned into the world of networking and computers, eventually joining Philips Medical, where he honed his expertise in CT, MRI, and PET CT technologies. In 2009, he relocated to Florida, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in SIEMENS CT, PET CT, and MRI systems, which became the foundation for his successful role at ImageOne Medical.
Chief Operating Officer
Tuesday has been with ImageOne Medical since the very beginning. She started in Office Management, then onto Accounting and Sales, and is now our Chief Operating Officer. She was born in California and swam in the 2000 Olympic games, a very impressive accomplishment.
Lead Field Service Engineer
Bryce is our Lead Engineer. He loves to travel with his Jackie and loves to barbecue. He is also an extremely talented chef with culinary school experience. He showcased his talents by taking 1st place in the Cattlewomen’s Cooking Competition.
Field Service Engineer
Omar is our field service engineer who covers the Miami area and East Coast of Florida. He’s been married for 10 years, speaks both English and Spanish, enjoys traveling, watching sports, and working on computers.

Ryan is our field service manager, formerly field operations manager. His dream was to be a father, he is now a father of two and has been happily married for six years. He enjoys being outdoors, especially with hunting & fishing.

HR & Bookkeeping
Laura is located in Cleveland, Ohio, and handles HR & Bookkeeping at Image One Medical. Her first career was in advertising and television for local and national commercials and now has two children in college.
Accounting
Karena has been on our accounting team for over a year, she loves working remote and traveling for work to Florida from her home in Cleveland, Ohio. She has been happily married for 24 years, with 3 children and 2 grandchildren.

Field Service Engineer & Installer
Darien DJ Booker is a dynamic member of the ImageOne Medical team, bringing an extensive background in IT and systems maintenance honed over 8 years in the military as an armament specialist. With a deep understanding of systems and security and a minor in software development, Darien’s expertise is foundational to his work at ImageOne Medical. Stationed in the Air Force, he worked on advanced aircraft such as F16s, F22s, and B52s. Now living in Labelle, Florida, Darien balances his professional life with a rich personal life, enjoying basketball, video gaming, coding, and actively participating in his three kids’ sports and activities.
